Madison Pacific Announces Loss and Declares Dividend

Madison Pacific Cl B (TSE:MPC) has released an update.

Madison Pacific Properties Inc. has reported a net loss of $44.2 million for the nine months ending May 31, 2024, a significant shift from the previous year’s net income of $26.2 million, attributing the loss to a provision for uncertain tax positions and lower fair value gains on investment properties. Despite the loss, the company maintains a robust portfolio with 55 properties and has declared a dividend of $.0525 per share, payable in September 2024.
