Mader Group lifts profit and revenue but scraps interim dividend

Mader Group Ltd ( (AU:MAD) ) has shared an update.

Mader Group Limited reported solid growth for the half year ended 31 December 2025, with revenue from ordinary activities rising 18% to $485.2 million compared with the prior corresponding period. Net profit attributable to members increased 17% to $30.5 million, while basic earnings per share climbed 16% to 15.02 cents and net tangible assets per share rose 17% to 104.65 cents.

Despite the stronger earnings and asset base, the board did not declare an interim dividend for the current period, in contrast to the 4.0 cents per share interim dividend paid a year earlier. The absence of a dividend and lack of a dividend reinvestment plan suggest the company may be prioritising reinvestment of cash flows into operations or growth initiatives, a move that could affect income-focused shareholders but potentially support longer-term expansion in its maintenance services business.
