Macquarie Group Limited has corrected its substantial holder notice, clarifying that it became a significant shareholder in Orbital Corporation Limited on 17 June 2024, not the previously stated 14 June. The correction follows a reevaluation of the transaction date based on client instructions, which also affected the number of securities involved. Macquarie now reports control over 7,766,960 securities, giving it a 5.37% voting power in the company.
