Macquarie Group Limited has become a substantial holder in Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Limited with a total voting power of 10.74% through various entities and capacities, including trusts, superannuation funds, and managed accounts. They orchestrated a Block Trade Agreement resulting in a relevant interest in a large number of securities, which were subsequently sold, and Macquarie Group plans to file a Ceasing to be a substantial holder notice post-settlement.
