Macnica Holdings Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Macnica Inc., will join forces with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation to invest in GAUSSIN MACNICA MOBILITY SAS (GAMA), a company specializing in autonomous driving EV bus technology. This strategic investment, which follows Japan’s lifting of the ban on Level 4 autonomous driving, is aimed at reinforcing GAMA’s capital and expanding its global market presence. The investment is not expected to significantly impact the Group’s consolidated financial results, but changes will be reported if they occur.
