The Board has thanked Lee for his contributions as he assists with the handover to his successor.
The company has appointed Vice President of Commercial Excellence Shawni Hadfield as Interim CFO with immediate effect, leveraging her prior CFO experience and deep SaaS financial management expertise. Mach7 expects her appointment to strengthen links between sales, support and finance teams, underpin continuity and reinforce disciplined execution across its financial and operational functions.
