Macbee Planet Inc (JP:7095) has released an update.
Macbee Planet, Inc. has announced plans to buy back up to 650,000 of its own common shares for a maximum of 1.65 billion yen to improve capital efficiency and enhance shareholder returns. This buyback will take place from October 1 to December 12, 2024, through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, without affecting the company’s financial liquidity for normal operations. Additionally, the company’s founder, Yusuke Kojima, will provide shares to the company both for a fee and as a donation to support its business development.
