Macbee Planet, Inc. has announced its plan to repurchase 492,000 of its own common shares at a cost of 1.3 billion yen through the ToSTNeT-3 trading system, based on a resolution made by their Board of Directors on September 12, 2024. The shares will be bought at the closing price of 2,643 yen on October 1, 2024, with the purchase confined to a specific trading time. The repurchase is part of a broader buyback program with a maximum limit of 650,000 shares and 1.65 billion yen, to be completed by December 12, 2024.
