Macau Legend Development Limited, through its subsidiary MFW, has inked a hotel linens rental and laundry services agreement with a connected service provider, effective from June 2024 to December 2026. After selling its loss-making services division to the service provider in February 2024, the company conducted a satisfactory trial period before formalizing this new agreement. The deal falls within the reporting and annual review thresholds of the Listing Rules, thus exempting it from requiring independent shareholder approval.
