Macau Legend Development has appointed Ms. Pong Joanne Chiu Yan as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 March 2026, and named her chairman of the audit committee and a member of both the remuneration and nomination committees. The move brings over two decades of capital markets and investment banking experience, as well as strong accounting credentials, to the board, strengthening the company’s corporate governance, financial oversight and committee leadership structure.
Under a one-year renewable term, Ms. Pong will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$240,000, with potential bonus and share option participation subject to board discretion.
