Macarthur Minerals Launches Share Rights Trading

Macarthur Minerals (TSE:MMS) has released an update.

Macarthur Minerals has initiated trading of rights for its Renounceable Rights Issue on the ASX, offering shareholders one new share at $0.10 each for every five held, plus options. The rights trading will conclude on March 15, 2024, with the Rights Issue itself closing on March 22, 2024. The offer, detailed in a prospectus sent to eligible shareholders, aims to support the company’s iron ore and lithium projects in Western Australia and Nevada, USA.
