MA Financial Director’s Trust Transfers Shares

MA Financial Group Limited (AU:MAF) has released an update.

MA Financial Group Limited has announced that Andrew Pridham, through a trust he controls, has transferred shares to beneficiaries to meet the trust’s contractual obligations, without personally selling any of his economically interested shares. The transfer, dated September 20, 2024, was executed by the trustee of a Pre-IPO Trust, of which Mr. Pridham is in control, and did not affect his personal stake in the company.
