MA Financial Group Limited has announced a modest decrease in the shares held by Moelis & Company, who sold a portion of their holdings to institutional investors. Despite the sell-down, Moelis & Company remains a substantial shareholder, retaining a 10.20% interest and continuing as a long-term strategic partner for MA Financial. The transaction details were authorized for release by MA Financial’s Joint CEO, Julian Biggins.
