M-tron Industries Inc (MPTI) just unveiled an update.
James W. Tivy stepped down as CFO of M-tron Industries, with immediate effect on April 16, 2024. Linda Biles, who served as the company’s VP and Controller, has been appointed as the new Executive VP – Finance and principal financial officer. Biles comes with extensive experience, including a previous role as CFO at AO Precision Manufacturing, and holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Canisius College. Her appointment is based solely on merit, with no personal ties to the board or undisclosed financial interests influencing the decision.
