M.P. Evans Group PLC has actively bought back and cancelled 10,000 of its own shares at a uniform price of 866 pence per share, reducing the total shares in issue to 52,814,447. This share buyback reflects the company’s commitment to managing its share capital, and the new total of shares in issue will be used by shareholders to assess changes in their stake in the company.
