Lycopodium Director Ups Stake in On-Market Trade

Lycopodium Limited (AU:LYL) has released an update.

Steven John Micheil Chadwick, a director of Lycopodium Limited, has increased his indirect interest in the company by acquiring 8,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $97,572.30. Following the transaction, which took place through an on-market trade on August 23, 2024, Chadwick now holds a total of 27,657 shares. The update is part of mandatory disclosures to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2.
