Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.05 per share for the year ending 31 December 2023, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.096, amounting to HKD 0.055 per share. Shareholders’ approval was obtained on 28 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date set for 05 July 2024 and payment to be made on 31 July 2024. The company will also handle individual income tax withholdings for non-resident shareholders at rates between 10% and 20%, depending on their country’s tax treaty with the PRC.
