Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd. Class H has announced the sale of its entire equity interest in a subsidiary to Xinglu Assets for RMB 9.782 million, after trading hours on August 16, 2024. This deal is classified as a connected transaction, with Xinglu Assets being the controlling shareholder. Although the transaction requires reporting and announcement as per Listing Rules, it is exempt from needing a circular and independent shareholder approval.
