Lupaka Gold Plans $75,000 Private Placement

Lupaka Gold (TSE:LPK) has released an update.

Lupaka Gold Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $75,000 by issuing up to 1,500,000 units at $0.05 each, inclusive of warrants. The company’s insiders will participate, with proceeds intended for property research and general corporate purposes. The placement is expected to close by the end of October 2024, with a four-month hold on the shares and warrants.
