Lung Kee Group Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Lee Joo Hai as an independent non-executive director effective December 31, 2024, who is stepping down to focus on personal pursuits. Ms. He Lamei has been appointed as the new chairman of the Nomination Committee starting January 1, 2025, and will receive an additional annual fee for her role. The company thanked Mr. Lee for his contributions and welcomed Ms. He to her new position.
