Lundin Mining has updated its share capital and voting rights, reporting a decrease in the number of issued and outstanding shares to 855,747,541 as of November 30, 2025. This change is due to share buybacks under the normal course issuer bid, balanced by the exercise of employee stock options or the vesting of employee share units. The company is committed to allocating up to US$150 million annually for share buybacks, having already acquired 13,629,000 shares at a cost of approximately US$122 million in 2025.
