Luna Innovations Risks Nasdaq Delisting Over Report Delays

Luna Innovations ( (LUNA) ) has issued an announcement.

Luna Innovations Incorporated faces potential delisting from Nasdaq after failing to file mandatory financial reports, violating Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The company has not submitted its annual or quarterly reports for specific periods in 2023 and 2024 but was granted an exception to regain compliance by September 30, 2024. Luna plans to appeal the delisting decision, which, if not contested, would result in the suspension of trading on October 10, 2024. The appeal will temporarily stay the suspension, with a hearing to occur within 30-45 days of the request, after which further appeals are possible.
