Luminor Financial Holdings Limited has announced a significant reshuffle of its Board and various committees, appointing Mr Aw Eng Hai as the new Independent Chairman effective from June 21, 2024. Mr Aw will also lead the Audit Committee and serve on the Remuneration, Risk Management, and Nominating Committees. This reconstitution is set to bring fresh perspectives to the Company’s governance and oversight functions.
