Lumi Services AS, a subsidiary of Lumi Gruppen AS, has agreed to acquire Edrupt Holding AS, the company behind the EnkelEksamen digital exam-preparation platform, for an enterprise value of up to NOK 150 million, financed through existing bank facilities and structured with an upfront cash payment and earn-out components. The deal adds a fast-growing, profitable provider of AI-enhanced online video courses with expected 2025 revenues of around NOK 40 million and EBIT of NOK 10.5 million, strengthening Lumi Gruppen’s position in education technology, diversifying its portfolio, and opening new growth avenues and market segments for both companies ahead of the transaction’s expected closing in early January 2026.
