Lum Chang Holdings Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Lum Chang Interior Pte. Ltd., has been awarded a S$26.9 million contract by Singapore’s Ministry of Health for retrofitting works at the Community Hospital in Bedok. The six-month project, starting in September 2024, will involve a range of building works and is part of LC Interior’s S$177.3 million in outstanding construction works yet to be reported as revenue. This contract is not expected to significantly affect the Group’s financial results for the year ending June 2025.
