Lufax Holding Ltd, listed under stock code 06623, reported no change in authorized share capital, maintaining 10 billion authorized ordinary shares with a total value of USD 100,000 at the end of July 2024. However, there was a significant increase in issued shares, with the total reaching 1.73 billion, excluding treasury shares, by month-end. The company also highlighted that 13.88 million shares may be issued upon the exercise of all share options under its 2014 Share Incentive Plan.
