Lufax Holding Maintains Capital; Minor Shares Increase

Lufax Holding (LU) has released an update.

Lufax Holding Ltd reported no changes in their authorized share capital, maintaining a balance of 10 billion shares with a total value of USD 100,000 as of September 30, 2024. The number of issued shares saw a minor increase of 21,474 shares, closing the month at 1,733,321,278 shares. Additionally, the company outlined details regarding its 2014 Share Incentive Plan, under which 13,878,886 shares are available for future option exercises.
