Lufax Holding Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting will take place on May 30, 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements for 2023, propose a special dividend of $1.21 per share, and hold elections for the reappointment of directors and auditors. Shareholders as of April 9, 2024, will be eligible to attend, vote, and receive the special dividend, with the latter expected to be distributed by late July or early August 2024.
