Luceco plc ( (GB:LUCE) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Luceco plc has overhauled several board committee roles after the board determined that long-serving non-executive director Tim Surridge can no longer be classed as independent. He will remain on the board temporarily to support an orderly transition of his responsibilities, particularly around his former position as Remuneration Committee chair.

Under the changes, Surridge steps down from the Audit Committee and relinquishes his role as chair and member of the Remuneration Committee, which will now be led by non-executive director Martyn Coffey. Janet Ryan joins the Nomination Committee and becomes chair of the Audit Committee, moves that align Luceco’s governance structure more closely with U.K. listing rules and best-practice expectations on director independence.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:LUCE) stock is a Buy with a £203.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Luceco plc stock, see the GB:LUCE Stock Forecast page.
