Lucapa Diamond Company Limited is launching a share purchase plan (SPP) to raise up to A$1.5 million, allowing eligible shareholders to buy new shares without brokerage fees. The funds will support the exploration of the Merlin Diamond Project and general working capital. This initiative follows a recent A$3 million placement and debt to equity conversion.
