Luca Mining Corp. has announced a private placement aiming to raise C$8.55 million through the sale of 19 million LIFE Units at C$0.45 each, which includes common shares and warrants. The funds are intended for use in the Campo Morado Improvement Program, exploration drilling projects, and the commissioning of the Tahuehueto mill, among other corporate purposes.
