Luca Mining Corp. successfully raised C$11.3 million through combined financings, including a fully subscribed brokered private placement and a concurrent non-brokered private placement. Each unit sold includes one common share and half a warrant, with the warrants exercisable until March 2026. The raised funds and securities are subject to varying hold periods and final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
