LSL Pharma Group Inc. has completed its $7.5 million private placement with a second tranche, raising an additional $3.8 million to fund strategic initiatives, including enhancing production capacity and increasing working capital. The financing included the sale of units, each comprising a share and a purchase warrant, and was conducted with adherence to TSX Venture Exchange regulations. As part of the investment, director-affiliated Alfera Pharmaceuticals, LLC increased its stake in the company.
