London Stock Exchange Group has repurchased 352,244 of its ordinary shares on 25 March 2026 as part of its ongoing share buyback programme, at a volume-weighted average price of 8,516.81p per share. The shares were acquired from Morgan Stanley & Co. International on London trading venues and will be cancelled.
Following the cancellation, LSEG will have 498,978,719 ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury shares, and will hold 21,451,599 shares in treasury, setting total voting rights at 498,978,719. The updated share count and voting rights figure will be used by shareholders and other investors to assess and report changes in their holdings under UK disclosure and transparency rules.
