LQWD Technologies Corp. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $2.24 million through the issuance of 3.2 million units at $0.70 each. The funds are earmarked for the expansion of the company’s Lightning Network business and general working capital. A second tranche aiming to raise additional capital remains open, with completion expected in November 2024.
