LQR House ( (YHC) ) just unveiled an update.
On September 22, 2025, LQR House Inc. entered into two settlement agreements with Kingbird Ventures and other parties to resolve litigation matters. The First Settlement Agreement addressed direct claims against the company and included provisions for dismissal with prejudice and mutual releases, while the Second Settlement Agreement resolved stockholder derivative claims, also resulting in dismissal with prejudice and requiring court approval.
