Loyalist Exploration Limited has announced a 30-day extension of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $350,000 by offering 70 million shares at $0.005 each. The funds are designated for working capital, administrative expenses, and to facilitate a Share Exchange with Millbrook Minerals Inc. This strategic move replaces the previously intended amalgamation, simplifying the transaction and furthering the company’s investment in Millbrook’s Newfoundland and Labrador mining properties.
