Loyalist Exploration Limited is set to expand its mining portfolio by signing a Letter of Intent to merge with Millbrook Minerals Inc., acquiring three new properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. In addition, the company plans to raise $350,000 through a private placement to fund immediate exploration activities on these promising gold and nickel sites.
