The Lowell Resources Fund (ASX: LRT) reported a rise in its net asset value to AUD$44.0m in August 2024, marking an increase of 2.6% from the previous month, with a per-unit NAV of $1.2769. The fund paid a substantial distribution of 15.2 cents per unit and ended the month with a 10% cash position after making strategic investment adjustments in the precious metals and energy sectors.
