Loungers PLC has announced that as of September 30, 2024, their issued share capital consists of 104,098,443 ordinary shares, with 195,000 held in treasury, bringing the total number of voting rights to 103,903,443. This count will serve as the basis for shareholders to determine if they need to declare their interest or any changes to their interest in the company, in line with the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
