Loungers Plc has announced the issuance of 69,629 new ordinary shares following the vesting of awards under the company’s Employee Share Plan, which rewards long-serving team members. These shares are set to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, bringing the total number of voting rights in the company to 103,828,148. Loungers operates the Lounge, Cosy Club, and Brightside brands, with a focus on providing a ‘home from home’ atmosphere in its 224 nationwide Lounges and 35 Cosy Clubs.
