Lotus Ventures Inc., a licensed cannabis producer, has finalized a significant transaction resulting in the sale of all company shares to a sole purchaser for over $2.5 million. Consequently, the company’s shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange and OTC Markets, and Lotus will cease to be a reporting issuer in several Canadian provinces.
