Lotus Resources Limited has announced the issue of 605,093 new fully paid ordinary shares, as part of a staff bonus scheme following a Scheme of Arrangement involving A-Cap Energy Ltd staff in 2023. The new shares, approved at the 2022 Annual General Meeting, are set to be quoted on the ASX under the issuer code LOT.
