Lotus Resources Limited has announced the issue of 4 million unquoted equity securities in the form of options, with vesting periods ending in December 2024 and June 2025, and expiring in May 2027. These new securities, priced at 30 cents each, are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be listed on the ASX.
