Lotus Horizon Holdings Limited has announced that Mr. Tsang Chiu Wan will retire from his role as Executive Director at the upcoming AGM, remaining as a subsidiary’s general manager, and Mr. Chen Shu An will step in as the new Executive Director and Remuneration Committee member effective from June 11, 2024. Mr. Chen brings a diverse background in sales, entrepreneurship, and management to the position, having previously founded and managed multiple automotive companies.
