Lottomatica Group S.p.A. has called an ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meeting for 20 April 2026, to be held exclusively via telecommunication with voting exercised through a designated representative. The company’s share capital consists of 251,630,412 ordinary shares, of which 15,636,802 are held as treasury shares without voting rights, and eligibility to vote is determined as of the 9 April 2026 record date.
