Lottery Corporation Limited has announced the retirement of director Steven Gregg, effective March 31, 2024, after previously notifying the market of his impending departure. An official Final Director’s Interest Notice, which details Gregg’s holding of 45,820 fully paid ordinary shares, was released as part of standard procedure. The announcement and subsequent formalities were overseen by company secretary Daniel Csillag.
