Lord Resources Limited has secured a strategic partnership with Mineral Resources Limited, involving a farm-in agreement at the Horse Rocks Lithium Project to advance exploration with non-dilutive financing. This deal will allow Lord to focus on its Jingjing Lithium Project in Western Australia and is complemented by a recent $1.5 million capital raise. The agreement grants Mineral Resources the option to progressively increase its stake in Horse Rocks while Lord retains management of exploration activities and the potential for future royalties.
