Lonking Holdings Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 28, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were passed by shareholder vote, including the approval of a final dividend of HK$0.08 per share to be distributed by July 31, 2024. Key resolutions included the re-election of board members and the appointment of Ernst & Young as the company auditor, with the Directors also receiving a general mandate to allot new shares and repurchase company shares.
