Longhui International Holdings Ltd. has successfully completed the placement of 63,220,000 new shares, raising gross proceeds of approximately HK$30.3 million, which will be used primarily for debt repayment and general working capital. This placement has altered the company’s shareholding structure, with the new shares representing about 37.50% of the enlarged issued share capital.
